Between Chairs was selected for the Artists’ Summer Exhibition 2023 at Janus Museum of Contemporary Art.
The expression “to fall between two stools” provokes me. It suggests a kind of non-existence: without a chair, you have no place. The work explores what happens in the space between the chairs.
Watercolour, collage and pencil, 59 × 78 cm.
